How Specialist Referrals Are Designed to Work
When the network launches, a completed Primary Care intake and our doctor's referral notes are intended to travel with you, so you do not have to repeat your history from square one. Today, the GP-led referral pathway is available through Primary Care.
We are opening access in small groups.
Aluvity is in a limited clinical pilot. Our MDCN doctors review a set number of asynchronous cases each day, so we are inviting patients in batches to protect review quality and follow-up time.
